Melissa Baker and Eric Esper

Eric was an otr trucker and I was still in school when we met. My cousin Janelle invited eric to come meet us at a bowling alley because we were bored, and I came out and met him. I didnt particularly like him at first, the feeling was mutual. He gave us a ride home from the bowling alley that night. A few months later I was staying at my cousins house, and she called Eric on my cell phone. He didnt answer, but the next day he called me back. We talked for hours on end from that day forward, and I went out with him a few times in the truck. We now have a beautiful baby boy who was born July 29, 2007.

Eric was planning a what he told me was a small family get together, my parents, his parents, noone else for some cake and ice cream for my birthday, and a small fire in the backyard. When his parents showed up, so did his sister and brother in law and their son, as well as our friends dan and trisha, he told me he had planned that. after a little bit, he told me to go outside, which after a little hassle i did. at that point he came out with something behind his back. He came up in front of me and handed me a boquet of roses. Then he told me how much he loves me and evan, and said he has one more suprise. He then got down on one knee and held out the ring and asked me to marry him.

Melissa is a 2006 graduate from AAHS, and works for lowes as a cashier.

Eric graduated from AAHS in 1999. He works as a truck driver at Pittsburgh Fayette Express.
